As the founder of two highly successful recruitment firms and now a fractional Chief Talent Officer, he partners with founders, venture builders, and leadership teams to accelerate growth through exceptional people.
His career spans startups, scale-ups, and global enterprises, where he has placed thousands of professionals across functions—from software engineers and commercial leads to CEO, CTO, and CFO roles. Richard specializes in first-in-country hiring, team builds from the ground up, and supporting early-stage businesses as they scale quickly and sustainably.
