Refund Policy

Effective Date: 25 August 2025

We aim to deliver high-quality services and a fair experience. This policy explains when refunds may be issued.

 

1) General

·       All sales are final unless stated otherwise in this policy or required by law.

·       Refunds are considered when services are not delivered as described or in cases of duplicate/erroneous charges.

2) Eligibility

Refunds may be granted for:

·       Service not provided (e.g., cancellation by TeamCXO).

·       Duplicate payment or billing error.

·       Technical failure preventing access to purchased digital services that we cannot resolve within a reasonable time.

Refunds are not granted for:

·       Change of mind or unmet subjective expectations when services were delivered as described.

·       Unused advisory hours after the service window.

·       No-shows for booked sessions/events.

3) Specific Cases

·       Advisory/Consulting Packages: Prepaid hours are refundable only if no work has commenced. Hours consumed or reserved are non-refundable.

·       Deposits/Retainers: Non-refundable unless TeamCXO cancels before any work begins.

·       Training, Events, Programs:

o   Tickets are transferable upon written notice.

o   Refunds: 100% if we cancel; otherwise refundable up to 14 days before the event start. Within 14 days, non-refundable.

·       Subscriptions / Digital Products: Prorated refunds are not provided once the billing period has started, unless required by law or access is not provided due to our fault.

4) How to Request

·       Email goteamcxo@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase (or event start, if applicable).

·       Include order details (name, date, invoice/reference) and reason.

·       We’ll review and respond within 10 business days.

5) Refund Method & Timing

·       Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10–15 business days after approval.

·       Third-party processing/transaction fees may be non-refundable where charged by the payment provider.

6) Chargebacks

Please contact us first at goteamcxo@gmail.com to resolve issues. Filing unsupported chargebacks may result in account suspension.

7) Legal Compliance

We comply with applicable consumer and e-commerce laws where we operate, including Thailand, Singapore, and other Southeast Asian jurisdictions. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
